I had so much fun yesterday!
I went shopping with my cousin Maggie. I don’t get to see her enough, so it was really nice to spend the day together. We went all over the mall and tried on a lot of things; I think we were there for five hours. It didn’t even seem like a long time.
I got these jeans from Express:I tried them on without checking the price (always a mistake) and fell in love. When I got out of the dressing room I looked and they were $80! I was heartbroken. There was no way I was spending that much on jeans, even if they did fit great and I had been looking for good fitting boyfriend jeans for two years. So I left the store and went to Gap. I tried on some jeans, but they just didn’t compare. Then I remembered my favorite app…Retail Me Not, a website that compiles all of the coupon codes for stores in one place. Anytime I buy something online I look there first, and I often wind up saving some money.
I pulled open the app, looked up Express, and lo and behold, found a coupon for thirty dollars off!
I was so excited, I nearly ran back to Express and bought my jeans!
I also picked up a few bras at Victoria’s Secret. All of their clearance bras are $15; It’s some kind of special they do twice a year.
My outfit was a repeat of the skirt from my first post, and my Kohl’s tank from my haul the other day. I really love the tank, it’s comfortable, flattering, and it only cost six dollars. What more can you ask for?
We came back to the beach house and had a wonderful dinner with the while family. My cousin Bridget made a wicked good eclair ring. You can find her cooking blog here.
I hope you all had a fabulous day!

Those jeans are great, I’m glad that you found a coupon for them! $80 is way too much for any jeans.
Thank you! I agree, even $50 was a bit much, but I’m hoping I’ll get a lot of wear out of them.
